My husband I shopped several Buick dealships looking to trade our current envision (2018) for a new (2024) envision. Ultimately, we purchased from Cappellino Buick. We had Leased a Lacrosse from them several years ago. The reason is three fold. Cappelino gave us the highest amount for trade in value. Their service department is very accommodating for scheduling. Last, but far from last was our experience with our sales associate Dan, ���the kid���. He was ���100%��� on point with what we were shopping for to purchase rather than lease. Dan did not pressure us and answered all our questions. He worked with other team members to double check numbers so there were no hidden surprises. We knew exactly where we stood financially before making our final decision. There was no pressure when we expressed our plan to go home and think about it. Several days later we made our purchase. We have been driving it now for approximately one week and are very pleased with the vehicle. I find it actually has a smoother ride than the new 2018 envision we purchased from another Buick deal. In conclusion, price, service department, and ��� the kid��� Dan, made car shopping a pleasant experience . So if you���re thinking about biting the bullet before proposed tariffs are imposed before the new administration takes over in January , check out Dan at Cappilino Buick. We worked it out! The impetus of my service was an issue with the vehicle's turbo charger. While the vehicle was to be serviced for this issue, we added on the additional services of an oil change and tire rotation. The issue I encountered was the lack of a rental car. The vehicle was dropped off on a Sunday and was diagnostically examined on that Monday, only to be informed that the part needed was not in stock, and I would need to leave the vehicle there an additional night. Not only was their no offer of a rental car, but I was twice refused this service without explanation. I understood that the lot did not have a courtesy vehicle available, but their rental company did in fact have cars available. Why was this service not immediately offered after the car needed to stay one additional evening...and most of the following day.
