I found it rude that your technician said he would help me spend all my GM points... and successfully did. While he was candid, I didn't find it amusing. After bypassing the recommended services (30 years of driving and never once have I been told my brake calipers need to be oiled), I proceeded to wait for 6 HOURS while you completed an oil change, tire rotation, inspection and replaced a tire sensor, all of which was on my original service request. Then I'm informed one of my wheel studs is missing, which is going to cost me $340 because its not covered under my platinum wheel service plan. It wasn't missing, it was attached when I pulled in and came off during the service. I know this because it was sitting in my cup holder when I left. So why am I responsible for covering the cost of this repair? My last 3 visits to your service department have been appalling. If it weren't for the mastiff puppy in the waiting room, and the lovely young woman from sales who brought us donuts, I probably would have lost my mind.
