Received a safety recall for my 2023 Chevy Colorado. Was not able to get an appointment from my usual dealership that fit my schedule. Tried Cappellino since it was fairly close to my house. The service tech, T Mazurek, was very helpful. She worked me into the schedule at a time that was very convenient for me. She also said she had just started working for the dealership. I was already annoyed when I called and hung up on a positive note. Safety recall was completed as scheduled. I will be back. Jim Gesel.
