Me and my wife purchase a 2025 Enclave . On the day we came to pick up the vehicle we sat down with the salesman to finalize the paperwork we weren't even offered a water or coffee to ease the process. Whom ever did the vehicle prep there was No detail taken in this process. 1.)water stains down and throughout paint 2.) plastic was left inside the vehicle on the dash, front doors ,rear doors, sill plates, etc. 3.) I found a scratch on front under headlight , was told they could buff it out, This is after I purchased paint protection coating. Never said when this was to happened. I had to take it to Ziebart who installed the ceramic coating to have it repaired. 4.) when i got it home I noticed lug nuts in the glove box in a small box ? I then looked at the wheels and found all 4 wheels missing said lug nuts .(where there suppose to be wheel locks installed ? 5.) We asked salesman about availability and price on all rubber molded mats. I was told he would let me know the next day. (Still waiting) 6.) I thought a common courtesy call would have been nice. (eq. how do you like your new car ?) 6 days later still nothing. 7.) While sales person was semi explaining this new technology to my wife on how things work she was told to google it on how things work (big learning curve) My wife and I were disappointed and thought these things should have been taken care of prior to us leaving dealership. Being this was my wife first brand new car ever left her feeling uneasy.
