Making the LOF appt was easy and quick for Saturday maintenance service. The service advisor was friendly and engaging and while I had my coupon, he explained the service, wrote up my paperwork and directed me to the waiting area. My oil change and tire rotation was completed within the hour and I was taken to the cashier and showed where my vehicle was for pick up.

Everybody from check in to check out were amazing! I apologize for not catching anyone’s names- the man at check in remembered my husband from the Cadillac dealership and was so nice. The lady at check out helped with my rewards before I paid and was so friendly to others in the building. Super quick oil change and inspection too which was great
