My 2019 GMC Sierra AT4 had an unfortunate incident. Cappellino Service and sales were outstanding in explaining and guiding me to a new GMC Sierra Denali. Nick was very personable and mindful of what my needs were and offering perfect options leading up to my final decision. From a Denali with options I didn't care for to a SLT with 90% of my wants back to a Denali with exactly what I wanted. No pressure and a great demeanor. The entire transaction was enjoyable.
