While I was very frustrated that we needed a new rear axle on a vehicle with only 7000 miles on it, Jim Gillette in service was great to deal with. He handled everything professionally and got the parts ordered and in quickly to get the vehicle fixed. We brought the car back once the parts arrived and had it back and fixed later that day. We appreciate that. As a family of 7, we don���t have the luxury of being without one of our vehicles, so the quick turn around was great
