I had an appointment at 9am - was told it would be long since there was some techs not all in for the day -saying it would be 2-3 hours so I chose to take the courtesy car that was available, but was not really told that that means my vehicle will be pushed to the back and was not available till 5 PM that evening for pick up which was very misleading
