Although the issue concerning my 2020 GMC Terrain Denali is intermitted. Service manager Vince Marino at Cappellino GMC has gone above and beyond to try to identify the problem. I commend him for this, he has also submitted an engineering case to GM and will recheck the status of the case down the road. Thank you. Paul Siejak
