I called the service department regarding my encore and my emergency breakdown. From the receptionist, the service department and speaking with Vince the service manager directly everything went perfectly. Vince took the time to call me personally and kept me apprised of the status and what they were doing to get my car out as quickly as possible. Vince even offered to deliver my car to my home once repaired if it would help me out of my bind. I am very pleased with the service and attention I received. Thank you !
