Madison Marino went above & beyond to make everything right for me. I came in with an appointment to have my regular scheduled maintenance of my car & inspection. The prior to my appointment I had a flat tire. AAA came to put the spare on my car & told me my tire was destroyed. They tried to sell me a new tire. I refused because I only have work done at Cappellino. I called service to find out what tire was needed for my car & if they didn’t have one to order one. They called me back with pricing & said it would be ordered & would be mounted, balanced etc at my scheduled appt. When I arrived at the appointment service knew nothing about a tire replacement & it turned out no tire was ordered. Poor Madison caught my wrath. I told her I was not leaving until a tire of the same make & quality was found & put on my car before I would leave. Madison worked through her lunch & came to tell me that a tire was found & was being delivered to the service department. She did not give up on helping me. If I had not called the previous week to order the tire, I would understand. While I was paying for my repairs Madison got my keys & brought my car to the front of the building so that I didn’t have to find it outside & it was turned so I just had to pull out. I am an older lady with a cane so that was also very appreciated. She gives good customer service & made a pad situation a positive one. This is why I always recommend Cappellino for sales (Larry Young) and service. I would like to do something nice for Madison.
