We Purchased a GMC Terrain Denali used from Cappellino GMC in Williamsville, NY. We have never used this dealership before. We found our vehicle and began to contact the dealership. We had the pleasure of being contacted by Jacquie Andrusz. Jacquie invited us to test drive the vehicle. We went over, it was waiting for us to test drive. My wife and I got in as well as Jacquie. Before we left the parking spot Jacquie took the time to go thru the controls of the vehicle and some of the benefits of this certain vehicle. I started our ride and it drove very nice! It was going to be my wife's vehicle and she drove it next. She drove it in a remote parking lot first. Then she drove it down the road eventually arriving at the dealership. We both liked the vehicle and decided to purchase it. We had an opportunity to meet some of the Cappellino team. Everyone was Very nice. There was no pressure at all to buy the vehicle. We were shocked at that! Jacquie answered all of our questions, we did have some odd questions, however she answered all of them with what we felt as a High Care for the customer and their experience. We closed on the vehicle. After everything was completed Jacquie said lets go meet the new vehicle. It was all detailed Very nicely! It Seriously looked Brand New, inside and out! NICE JOB! Jacquie got in the back seat and my wife in the drivers seat. Jacquie went over every thing on this vehicle before we left. This included calling OnStar and getting that set up as well. Jacquie was on main contact, however everyone at Cappellino GMC from the Manager to the Finance person we Very Nice to speak to and to deal with! In all my year's of buying vehicles from dealerships, I have NEVER encountered a person that covered all the benefits and functions of the vehicle before we brought it home. I am disappointed in myself we never tried using Cappellino GMC before. To purchase a used vehicle, get bumper-to-bumper warranty with no deductible that is good across the USA, Paint Protection Package, Tire and Wheel Protection and we negotiated 4 new tires in this deal. With all this above we got a newer, nicer vehicle for a large monthly reduction on our home bills. A straight forward dealership that cares and listens to the customers wants and needs is Great! We are currently in negotiations on another vehicle with intent to buy. Cappellino GMC comes with our Highest Recommendations! I was looking at an AT4 at the GMC location and Tom G. was able to get the one i wanted and have it sent to his location in Boston. Our saleswoman Jacquie, was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, professional and, most notably, knowledgeable.
