The impetus of my service was an issue with the vehicle's turbo charger. While the vehicle was to be serviced for this issue, we added on the additional services of an oil change and tire rotation. The issue I encountered was the lack of a rental car. The vehicle was dropped off on a Sunday and was diagnostically examined on that Monday, only to be informed that the part needed was not in stock, and I would need to leave the vehicle there an additional night. Not only was their no offer of a rental car, but I was twice refused this service without explanation. I understood that the lot did not have a courtesy vehicle available, but their rental company did in fact have cars available. Why was this service not immediately offered after the car needed to stay one additional evening...and most of the following day.
